1915 (est.) Home Made Wall Telephone

This home made wall set was found in an abandoned homestead in Eastern Oregon. It is constructed of plywood and has Western Electric components. When found, the crank was turned and the bells worked perfectly. There were about twenty abandoned homesteads in the area all of which had scars on the wall where telephones had once hung. This set was the only one left. It is part of the Christianson Telephone Collection.
