1. So, how does it work?
Basically we give you a phone number to forward your phone calls to us at our service center, you would be required to have forwarding capability from your local phone company. This normally has a nominal charge or no charge.
We would issue you depending on where you are in the world , a local toll free access number or an actual local number in that country for you to forward your calls to.

2. How do I get my calls/messages to follow up on them?
Once we receive your call it is transmitted via text and stored on the www.pickupmsg.com server for your review at any time you like.

3. How soon after the message is taken, can I check on my messages?
The messages are uploaded to our www.pickupmsg.com web site every sixty seconds for instant viewing of your most recent messages.

4. How often and from where can I pick-up my messages?
Your messages are available on www.pickupmsg.com a website available from any computer that has access to the internet. A User I.D. and a Password protect your messages so that only you can pick-up your messages.
If you have a full time connection to the Internet, you can log into the website and minimize it, www.pickupmsg.com will notify you when a new message is received.

5. What is the cost of Enlinea Live?
There are three plans based on the number of calls you anticipate receiving:
Executive $19.75USD/month up to 125 messages ($ .158/message)
Corporate $29.75USD/month up to 200 messages ($ .148/message)
Global $39.95USD/month up to 300 messages ($ .133/message)
Additional messages above your plan are charged at ($0.22/message)

6. Do I pay an additional charge for forwarding my calls to Enlinea LIVE?
Not at all if you are forwarding to one of our 800 numbers or dedicated lines in your country.

7. Is there a set-up fee?
Yes. There is a one-time set-up fee of $15 USD.

8. On all plans what if I don’t use all messages in one month?
Messages are not credited forward and you would be only charged the regular cost of the service based on the plan you have.

9. How do I go about upgrading my plan to a Corporate or Global?
Simply send an email to support@pickupmsg.com Also note that upgrades will not commence to the first of the month following your request.

10. How do you GUARANTEE accurate message delivery?
Enlinea Live guarantees that every call will be answered professionally and courteously and that every message will be delivered accurately within 60 seconds of the time it is received. More important, Enlinea will analyze the call in question with the specific operator and will get back to you, to ensure the error does not occur again.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of a call or message delivery, send an email no more then 30 days after the message in question to support@pickupmsg.com Your account will be credited for $0.22 USD for any specific message you are not satisfied with.

11. When do you start charging for additional messages above your plan?
In any plan, charges will be applied when the number of live messages permitted by your plan is exceeded. This would be charged at the rate of 22 cents per message.

12. May I forward more than one phone to a same account?
Sure, you may forward unlimited numbers to your same account. We suggest that if you plan to do this you may consider our Global plan. Notice all your –coming calls on that account will be answered with the same prompt message.

13. I want my calls answered in Spanish and my messages delivered in Spanish. Can Enlinea Live do this?
Yes. All operators are can read, write and speak in English and Spanish

14. How long a contract I have to sign and how do I pay for Enlinea Live service?
There is no contract. Service is provided as long as you require our service. We request a credit card for payment or Bank Transfer of Enlinea Live service.
